• Thang: 
  • Mosey to pavilion 5 burpees & 25 Dips
    • Soft hands decides to show up for 6:40am start
    • 5 more burpess and 25 dips
  • Mosey behind Water Walk I, 5 burpess, 10 merkins
  • Mosey to Veterans Park, 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats
  • Mosey new trai, 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 step-ups
  • Mosey new boardwalk to Water Walk II, 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 jump lunges
  • Mosey remainder of trail to new parking lot behind Sheriff station
• Break into 2 teams for a realy race
  • While team members are waiting various exercises are called out – Each team member must carry 1 tire length of lot and then flip 1 tier length of lot
    • Exercisses: SSH, Overhead Clap, Seal Clap, Squat, Speed Skaters, AIr Presses and whatever else YHC called out
  • 3 rounds with team 2 winning 2-1 
• Mosey to boneyard behind Outside Hilton Head
  • Everyone gets a block
  • 1 Burpees
  • 1 burpee, 1 block curl, 2 block OHP
  • 1 burpee, 2 block curls, 4 block OHP
  • Repeat up to 1,10, 20
• Mary:
  • Mosey to pavilion and hang legs off edge
    • Leg lifts x 10
