  • Run 1 Mile
  • 15 Burpees
  • 50 LBCs
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 50 Squats
  • 15 Burpees
  • Bear Crawl
  • 50 Lunges (Single Count)
  • Bear Crawl
  • Repeat x2 – Or until time expires

Mary:

  • Several Pax performed flutters while a few PAX finished up

Announcements:

  • May 6th: Dinner and Discussion at Providence Church (Flyer sent separately on Slack). Per JV, “This will be a great segue into our discussion on Tuesday morning”. There is a requirement to RSVP.
  • 3rd F on May 7th at Corner Perk; Introduction – Chapter 2
  • Schnitzel graciously deferred the Monday Pizza Challenge to occur on May 6th, to May 13th so that anybody who would like can attend on May 6th.
