PAX:  MiniVan, Chumbucket, Schnitzel, Radar, TuTu, Musk, Hi-Liter (DR-NC)

Conditions: Low 70’s, humidity slowly creeping in, few drops of rain

Warmup: TTTx10IC, ACFx10, ACBx10, APx10, Leg/ Hip stretches – various burpees

Thang: IPX 2020 week 1 reboot with a twist

  • Mosey to IRC parking lot
    • Stop along the way for a few Burpees
  • 50 squats, 40 BBSU, 30 Merkins, 20 Jump Lunge, 10 Burpees
    • Run to Pull-up bar and do 10 pull ups
  • Rinse & Repeat subtracting 1 pull-up each time
  • Completed the 4th round but not the pull-ups
  • Mosey back to AO with several stops for Burpees

Mary: 

  • 10 x Pickle Pounders
  • 12 x Pickle Pointers
  • 30sec star gaze

Done!

Hi-Liter turns 47 Wednesday and will be Qing at #TBD

Minivan extended family in town past weekend for family wedding

Moleskin: Chumbucket and Hi-liter arrived at the same time, however Chumbucket was first to circle.  Comfortable enough with HI-liter, YHC presented him with the welcome weighted vest – and honestly it hardly slowed him down.  We learned the difference between a parking lot paved in 1980 vs a parking lot paved 4 years ago (Not much).  Comments were made regarding my choice of 10 Burpees vs 5… I admit I have said 5 is the perfect number.  At 9pm Sunday night YHC received a text from Spaulding stating I was awfully quiet considering I have the Q for Monday.  (I forgot – Too much food and alcohol over a 3-day period will often do that)  Quickly grabbing one of “prefab” workouts we were good to go.  Interesting twist to the morning – Spaulding DID NOT show up….
