PAX: (9), GLOW, Goose (rrr), Junior Varsity, Puddles, Spaulding (r), Spaghetti-O, Spam, Squid (r), Bartman (QIC)

 Warm-up: 

  • SSS x 20 IC
  • TTT x 10 IC
  • MP’s x 10 IC
  • IW’s x 10 IC
  • AC’s x 10 IC
  • TTT x 10 IC
  • Get blocs and go to field.

Thang:

  • Start at one end of long field, do 10 Murder Bunnies and then the following exercises.
  • Seal Jax x 10
  • Curls x 10
  • Merkins x 10
  • Block Swings x 10
  • Rinse and repeat to pavillion
  • Dips w/blocks x 10 IC
  • Squats w/blocks x 10 IC
  • Monkey Humpers x 10 IC
  • Murder Bunnie’s with exercises back to SF
  • Put blocks away
