  • Chariots of Fire to intersection/stop sign and switch, COF back to start
  • COF to speed bump and switch, COF back to start
  • Run short loop
  • COF to speed bump and switch, COF back to start
  • COF to intersection/stop sign and switch, COF back to start
  • COF to end of main street and switch, COF back to start
  • Run short loop
  • COF to intersection/stop sign and switch, COF back to start
  • COF to speed bump and switch, COF back to start
  • Run short loop
  • Line up on sidewalk facing marsh for Dora of Jump Squats x 50, Bonnie Blairs x 75 and Squats x 100
