Warm Up: SSH x 10 IC. TTT x 10 IC

Mosey to Oscar Fraser Park.

Half Murph: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats. This 10 Times.

Mosey back to AO with Various stops for 5 Burpees, Stop and take in the view of the May River.

Back to the pad for Flutters and V-Ups.





-YHC was just about to get back in the truck and go home when Bodhi showed up and held him accountable #ISI.

-Humidity was also in attendence

-Great Mumble chatter with Bodhi, Saturdays are a great day to strengthen the F2!
