Don’t skip leg day

WARMUP:  TTTx10, Quad Stretch, Hip Stretch, Butterfly Stretch

WORKOUT:  Mosey to parking garage, side lunge (switching lead leg 1/2 way) up ramp, mosey flats, up to top. Down the stairs and back to the pavillion. Stopped and picked up blocks and dropped them off at pavillion

  • 10 step ups w. block
  • 20 squats w. block
  • 25 pickle points w. block
  • 30 donkey kicks
  • 40 calf raises w. block
  • lap
  • Wash, rinse, repeat

MARY: Various leg stretches and 5 quick burpees to finish up.
