WARMUP:  SSHx25ic, Slo-Mo Imperial Walkers x10ic, 10 burpees (oyo), merkins (10 ic), mosey to coupons and back.

WORKOUT:  The Billy Madison, a classic.  12 reps each, pyramid-style, all with a coupon, with a 100 yard run, there and back:

  • Curls
  • Squats
  • Standing Rows
  • Calf Lifts
  • Tricep Overheads
  • Side-2-Side Lunges
  • BBSU
  • Bent Over Rows
  • Deadlifts
  • Switch Lunges
  • Blockees

Music by Young Dubliners, The Clancy Brothers (no relation), Dublinia, Dropkick Murphys, Carbon Leaf, The Dubliners, and U2.  Now go get yourself a Bushmills and wash it down with some Dead Rabbit.  You earned it!
