Location:  The Buck

Pax:  Swanson, Ambien (QIC)

Conditions:  37 degrees, chilly but clear

Warmup

  20 SSH

  2 burpees

  10 TTT

  2 burpees

  17 Imperial Walkers

  2 burpees

  17 Arm Circles forward

  2 burpees

  17 Arm Circles backward

  2 burpees

Mosey to the Lowcountry Community Church parking lot.

The Thang:

Crazy 8s around the parking lot.  8 stations situated in a figure-8 around the parking lot.

Stations as follows:

  1. Carolina Dry Docks
  2. Plank Jacks
  3. Big Boys or LBCs
  4. Squats
  5. Mt Climbers
  6. Lunges
  7. Merkins
  8. Jump rope skips

First lap:  51 reps of each exercise

Second lap:  34 reps of each exercise

Third lap:  17 reps of each exercise

So, total 102 reps per exercise x 8 exercises = 816 reps

Mosey to Flag.

MOM: 

17 American Hammers

17 Pickle pointers

17 flutter kicks

Total reps for workout:  958.

Done.

Prayers:  P200 runners.

Moleskin: 

  • Swanson showed up and said “Taper this!”
  • Ambien resurrected an old favorite workout and tuned it toward St Patrick’s Day.
  • Swanson happy that there were longer jump ropes.
  • Ambien was glad to be out in the gloom. Always makes for a great day.
