The Thang:
Crazy 8s around the parking lot. 8 stations situated in a figure-8 around the parking lot.
Stations as follows:
- Carolina Dry Docks
- Plank Jacks
- Big Boys or LBCs
- Squats
- Mt Climbers
- Lunges
- Merkins
- Jump rope skips
First lap: 51 reps of each exercise
Second lap: 34 reps of each exercise
Third lap: 17 reps of each exercise
So, total 102 reps per exercise x 8 exercises = 816 reps

MOM:
