Roshamburpee. PAX pair off and, facing each other, go into a low plank and play Roshambo…loser does 1 burpee, winner does 1 merkin. Play up to 10. Tie means each pax does # of merkins the team is on.
Mose 1 lap around park to bricks.
Thang 2:
11’s with Punch throughs (w/bricks) and Seal Jax. Punch throughs are done on side of field by street and seal jax are done on side of field by marsh.
Mosey 1 lap with bricks.
