Round one: 5 Schnurpees, run to 25 yard line; 10 merkins, backpeddal to goal line; 5 Schnurpees, run to 50 yard line 50 squats, backpeddal to to goal line; 5 Schnurpees run to 75 yard line, 75 mountain climbers, backpeddal to goal line; 5 Schnurpees run to end zone 100 SSH;
Round two: 5 double-count J-Los, STACK the suck as you progress down the field: run to 25 yard line; 25 Schnurpees, backpeddal to goal line; 5 J-Los, run to 50 yard line 50 merkins, backpeddal to to goal line; 5 J-Los run to 75 yard line, 75 squats, backpeddal to goal line; 5 J-Los run to end zone 100 Mtn Climbers;
Round three: Repeat Round one.
