Conditions: 51, light breeze and chilly.

Warm-up:
- Easy mosey around small loop
- 1 Burpee
- SSH x 10 IC
- 2 Burpees
- Seal Jax x 20 IC
- 3 Burpees
- Michael Phelps x 10 IC
- 4 Burpees
- TTT x 10 IC
- 5 Burpees
- Short mosey to grab 5 coupons
Thang:
- Brought blocks to circle and placed 3 at benches for chest presses (or bench press using Thule bar and 2 blocks) and 2 on west side of circle for squats. The other 2 exercises were dips at the fountain and step-ups on the east side of the circle.
- Pax split up and went to 1 of the 4 exercise locations where they started with 10 reps and moved to the next location. Once all 4 exercises were completed pax ran a small loop and continued with 15 reps of each exercise, then 20, 25 + 30 with a mosey after each completion of exercises with 1 long lap after 30.
- Once finished each pax circled around the SF for ab exercises, each pax called out a new exercise as the got to the sf until the 6 was in.
- Next we moved to the playground for 11’s of pull-ups and burpees.

It gets said each time but it is truly an honor and privilege to take the Q and lead you men and I know I get pushed beyond my comfort zone each time I do. I’m also reminded that we GET to take our DRP…we just have to choose to do so. Thank you for the opportunity to lead.
