Sprint to top of hill at Calhoun, 1 Burpee mosey back, sprint 2 burpees mosey back, sprint 3 burpees continue until 10 then Plank for the six enjoy the view of the top of the ladder for Motor Boat. Now line up at the top of the hill and sprint down the hill to the bridge 9 burpees mosey back to top of the hill, sprint 8 burpees mosey back continue back and forth until 1 Burpee. Strong Effort by the PAX on the Sprints pushing themselves and their fellow PAX #ISI.
