- Lunges with Rifle Carry Single Count
- Block Hops with Squat
- Kettle Swings
- 1 Lap around the Parking Lot
- Circuit #2 (8 Reps x 4)
- Bicep Curls
- Side lunges Single Count
- Push Up with Slow Mountain Climbers, bring knee to opposite shoulder
- Rowpee
- 1 mile run
