Warm-up: 

  • SSH (x10 IC)
  • TTT (x10 IC) lead by Minivan
  • Michael Phelps (x10 IC)
  • Arm Circles both ways while conversing

Thang: Circuit

  • 1 mile run
  • Circuit #1 (8 Reps x 3)
    • Head, shoulders, knees and toes with the blocks
    • Lunges with Rifle Carry Single Count
    • Block Hops with Squat
    • Kettle Swings
  • 1 Lap around the Parking Lot
  • Circuit #2 (8 Reps x 4)
    • Bicep Curls
    • Side lunges Single Count
    • Push Up with Slow Mountain Climbers, bring knee to opposite shoulder
    • Rowpee
  • 1 mile run

Cool Down: None – the 2nd mile was the cool down

  • John’s daughter and son-in-law as they are in the process of a move
