- PAX moseyed the loop around the schools with stops along the way for leg workout stack starting with Bonnie Blaire’s x 10 at the 1st stop. Added Jump Squats x 20 at the 2nd stop. Added SSH’s x 30 at the 3rd stop. Added Speed Skaters x 40 at the 4th stop. Added Calf Raises x 50 at the 5th stop. Worked our way back to the SF, dropping exercises at each stop.
- At SF we ran the the big loop around the parking lot and then smaller loop with each lap.
MOM:
