TBD Leg Day

Conditions: 46, felt like 40, winds 15-20…brisk fall morning.

PAX: (6), Chumbucket, Minivan (r), Radar, Schnitzel (r), Tubbs, Bartman (QIC)

  • IW’s x 10 IC
  • SSH x 15 IC
  • TTT x 10 IC…low and slow


  • PAX moseyed the loop around the schools with stops along the way for leg workout stack starting with Bonnie Blaire’s x 10 at the 1st stop. Added Jump Squats x 20 at the 2nd stop. Added SSH’s x 30 at the 3rd stop. Added Speed Skaters x 40 at the 4th stop. Added Calf Raises x 50 at the 5th stop. Worked our way back to the SF, dropping exercises at each stop.
  • At SF we ran the the big loop around the parking lot and then smaller loop with each lap.


  • 30 seconds of high plank
