Now the Treat

Local PAX On Deck: (3) Hard Hat, Minivan (R), Tubbs (QIC)

Conditions: Somewhere in the 60s and beautiful

Purpose: To push ourselves and each other to be stronger, faster, and sharper in all facets of life. 

Warm-up: 

  • Mosey one (1) lap around the parking lot
  • Various dynamic stretches to warm-up
  • TTT (x10 IC), just because

Thang: Increase the size of the lap around the parking lot by one aisle each time and perform each exercise (x5) each time

  • Merkins
  • Big Boy Situps
  • Squats

Cool Down: About 25 minutes of static stretching

Moleskin:

  • After a tough week last week, YHC thought a recovery day was a good idea
  • YHC was mocked since his shoulders were still sore/tired from last week
  • Monday attendance, or the lack thereof, was discussed. What’s up with Monday’s?
  • Has anybody ever showed up to Q with nobody else posting, and then left?
  • Always a privilege to lead in the gloom!
