Thang: Tour of the Bus Depot with some stops at our favorite locations each. 25 merkins ar each followed by a PAX selected exercise x 25
- Side entry to Creative Arts – 25 Merkins (Schnitzel 25 merkins)
- Main entry to Creative Arts – 25 Irkins (Tubbs 25 BBSU)
- BB Courts – Intro to new exercises “Pausbees” and “Turk-N-Burp” (Hermanos 25 Squats)
- Pausbee – Standard Burpee but hold in the lower merkin position for 10 count
- Turk-N-Burp – BBSU followed by a get-up into a merkin to Burpee
- Pull up bars – 25 Merkins (Radar- 10 pull-ups, 10 MPs, 10-Pull pull-ups, 10MPs, 5 Pull-ups, 5 MPS)
- Middle School – 25 Derkins (Hardhat 25 Leg raises)
- High School main entry – 25 Merkins (Bartman 25 Bonnie Blairs)
- Elementary School – 25 Merkins, 25 Dips
- Astro turf field – Intro to this seldom used area – 5 Pausbees, 5 Turk-N-Burp
- Back to the HHPC lot – 25 Merkins followed by a Hot Lap
- Mary: 20s needle plank, 30s iron cross plank, 40s Bob plank

Moleskin: HardHat thought it was chilly enough to wear his Fleece. Spaulding thought it was chilly enough to stay home and in bed. Everyone was happy to see Tubbs. We were curious as to where Nae Nae has been. After 25 Merkins, why does Schnitzel call out Merkins again? Everyone knew where Radar’s place would be. We found the Astroturf field for future workouts and a side gate behind the school. Interesting how HardHat knows where all the secret gates, paths and shady areas are. Someone forgot what a Bonnie Blair was. We renamed the “hot lap” Squid showed up for the celebration cake but forgot to bring the cake. Hermanos and MiniVan almost T-boned when leaving. That would have been interesting…
