Warm Up:

5 Burpees OYO

SSH x 15 IC

Snowangel Merkin x 10 IC

TTT x 10 IC

IW x 10 IC

Hill Billys x 10 IC

Mosey to the Bridge, Bear Crawl across, Continue to Mosey to COTC.

Thang: Snow Angel Merkin Zig Zag

Start with 2 Snow Angel Merkins IC at Calhoun/Waters Zig Zag to the North adding 2 Snow Angel Merkins at each corner until we reach Calhoun/46. We mosey North and Jail Break East/West. At 22 YHC noticed himself and half the PAX were falling apart so we made it to 30 by inserting Monkey Humpers, Squats, Air Presses, and Merkins.

Start another Ladder back South with 1 Burpee, at 4 burpees we made our way back to the pad Via Indian Run, Bear Crawl on bridge and Jail Break.
