Rollin’ The Bones

WEATHER:  Clear, mid-70s, great morning to work out.

PAX:  Spaulding (R), Schnitzel (R), Clancy (R), Mustang, Bartman (R), Dow (R), Minivan (R), JV, Surf-N-Turf  (QIC)

DISCLAIMER: W/O at your own risk, push yourself and the guy next to you.  We are here to get a little sharper, stronger, and faster today.  Modify if you need to.

WARMUP:  SSH x 20, Toy Soldier x 10, Imperial Walkers x 25, mosey around mall

WORKOUT:   Rolling the F3 dice, one with workout name, one with # of workout reps.  After doing this workout, roll them both again.  Repeat for a third set. After every third set, roll the Traveling die for a cardio workout, done from cross-walk to cross-walk, and back.  Planks, Bobby Hurleys, and Mountain Climbers waiting for the six.

Workouts included:  Burpees, lunges, bear crawls, LBCs, Bobby Hurleys, Squats, and a bunch of other awesome pushing and pulling exercises.

Mary:  Pickle pointers, flutters, LBCs.
