YHC was breaking down somewhere around 60 or 70 and the group decided to break the last 30 into 2 sets of 15, we did 15 then took a 10 count and on the last 15 we began counting the down and up, hearing the effort of the other PAX gave YHC the push needed to finish. Thanks for the push!

-Kiffin crushed this workout as he always does.
-Starting with 7 Burpees on the Jacobs ladder implied we were counting down as we progressed, when YHC called 8 the PAX were unpleasant. Buckeye did that same trick to Squealer and I Saturday to toy with our heads. It showed me how much I focus on finishing vs getting the reps done and with proper form.
