Warmup:  ACFx10IC, ACBx10IC, 5  Burpees, Various leg stretches, TTTx10IC, 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins

  • Thang: 
    • Mosey a bit
      • 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins
    • Mosey a bit
      • 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins
    • Mosey a bit
      • 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins
    • Mosey a bit
      • 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins
    • Locate the tires near the AT&T store break into 2 teams
      • Flip 1 tire the to the fountain, carry 1 tire to the fountain
      • can only carry the length between lamp post and swap
      • At each stop sign team must stop and complete 5 Burpees
    • Loser of round 1 does 5 count motivator and carries Brutus glittery noodle
    • 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins, 25 dips
    • Start round 2
    • Loser of round 2 does 5 Burpees and carries Brutus glittery noodle
    • Short Mosey around AT&T store
    • Start round 3 
      • 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins, 25 dips, 30 LBC
    • Loser of round 3 does 5 Burpees and carries Brutus glittery noodle
    • Flip/ carry tires to truck
    • Mosey to fountain
    • 5 Burpees, 10 Jumpsquats, 15 Groiners, 20 Merkins, 25 dips, 30 LBC

Announcements:                                                                                                      Prayer: I’m sorry – I cannot remember them, there were several.  WE need to remember that life moves fast, life changes fast and we need to be impactful men in our homes, communities and business.

Moleskin: YHC Saturday workouts have been deemed predictable.  I like it.  Bartman continues his quest to unseat JV as the chief provocateur.   Brutus was ecstatic that his glittery noodle was part of this morning.  We never completed more than 5 Burpees at a time so we could maintain perfect form.  Lots of talk throughout the whole morning that I cannot remember the next day.  Thank you to JV for medium sized coffees.
