Warmup:  TTTx10IC, IWx10IC, Arm flappersx10IC, RTRx10IC. Mosey the lot.  If you’re a rucker, put on your rucksack.  Ruckers will wear their rucksack for the morning

  • Thang: 
    • 1st corner
      • 25 x Block curls, overhead press, shoulder shrugs, upright rows
    • 2nd corner
      • 1 Burpee
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
    • 3rd corner – latex bands around your wrists
      • 25 x low am resistance, mid resistance, overhead resistance, behind back
    • 4th corner
      • 1 deep squat
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
    • 1st corner
      • 20 x Block curls, overhead press, shoulder shrugs, upright rows
    • 2nd corner
      • 2 HR Burpee
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
    • 3rd corner – latex bands around your wrists
      • 20 x low am resistance, mid resistance, overhead resistance, behind back
    • 4th corner
      • 2 jump squat
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
    • 1st corner
      • 15 x Block curls, overhead press, shoulder shrugs, upright rows
    • 2nd corner
      • 3 Double merkin burpees
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
    • 3rd corner – latex bands around your wrists
      • 15 x low am resistance, mid resistance, overhead resistance, behind back
    • 4th corner
      • 3 side lunge (each leg)
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
    • 1st corner
      • 10 x Block curls, overhead press, shoulder shrugs, upright rows
    • 2nd corner
      • 4 Guinness world record style burpee
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
    • 3rd corner – latex bands around your wrists
      • 10 x low am resistance, mid resistance, overhead resistance, behind back
    • 4th corner
      • 4 forward lunges (each leg)
      • Put Latex band around ankles and side stretch/ walk to next corner
