Thang: Last minute change of plans since only 3 PAX were present (2 at 6:30 and late arrival Spaulding at 6:31)
4.89 (not 5 miles) run through PD as a recon run for the upcoming CSAUP
Various stops along the way for 22 rep exercises (BBSU, LBC, Merkins, Irkins, Squats, Lunges, Flutters)

Announcements: Pork Butt day. CSAUP on 2/26 (Working on course, plan and where to eat) Prayer: Garrett Hamilton lost his wife Ashley Friday morning. Hold your wives and kids tighter.
Moleskin: Showing up at 6:26 Saturday morning with a truck bed full of tires and seeing no one else. Chumbucket rolls in at about 6:27. As we commence stretching Spaulding rolls in at 6:31. Clearly, we are not getting 4 tires out for only 3 PAX. Let’s do a recon run thru PD. Chumbucket and YHC received a sneak preview of Spauldings plans for PD. The Marriott provides a nice area for incline work. Chumbucket and Spaulding were not happy that we ran 5 miles without notice or warning on a Saturday. Lucky for them we only did 4.89. PD was ruled out as a loop for the CSAUP. Squid brought his Parkers coffee into Starbucks and joined us problem solving all the issues we face in life.
