Mosey to parking lot. Stop twice to do:
10 Merkins, 10 BBS, 10 squats
15 Merkins, 15 BBS, 15 squats
At far end of parking lot, start the Pyramid of Pain:
30 big boys
50 mt climbers
40 reverse lunges
20 plank jacks
For the first round, perform the first 5 exercises in a row and then take a lap of parking lot.
Upon return, perform the last 4 exercises in a row and then take a lap of the parking lot. Plank up for the six.
Mosey to the Lowcountry Community Church parking lot for the second round.
This time, from the list, from the bottom up, perform the 5 exercises in a row and then take a lap of parking lot.
Upon return, perform the remaining 4 exercises in a row and then take a lap of the parking lot. Plank up for the six.
Mosey back to the flag.
At the flag, perform all exercises in the pyramid in sequence.
Perform flutter kicks until all are done.
