Mosey to where the Blocks are stored and 4 PAX pick up the Tractor tire. Mosey to the bottom of the 2nd bridge, PAX alternate carrying the Tire.
Place Tire in Middle of the bridge in the Eastbound Lane and form a line behind the Tire
Flip Tire twice run to Calhoun 5 merkins and back until tire reaches Calhoun Street
Flip Tire twice run to Green Street 5 burpees and back until tire reaches Green Street
Flip Tire twice run to Lawrence Street 10 Squats and back until tire reaches Lawrence Street
Flip Tire twice run to Lawton Street 5 Lunges each leg and back until tire reaches Lawton Street
Flip Tire twice run to Boundary 10 BBSU and back, audible called half way, lets carry tire to Lawrence and perform 10 shoulder presses.
Mosey to Green Street, 10 shoulder presses, switch PAX and perform 10 more shoulder presses. Mosey to the bridge.
20 Shoulder presses for each group, mosey back to the block pile, each group knocks out 20 Shoulder Presses with the tire.
