PAX:  Spaulding(R), Minivan(R), Spaghetti-O, Schnitzel(R), JV, Squid(R), Ambien(R), Tubbs, Clancy – QIC (semi-annual version)

WARMUP:

  • 25 SSH
  • Mosey to 4th floor, Parking Garage
  • Full Body Stretch

WORKOUT:

Worked the four parking garage levels: 

          -4th Level:  40 burpees

          -3rd Level:  40 scissor kicks

          -2nd Level:  40 merkins

          -1st Level:  40 sec wall squad

Run up stairs/ramps to 4th floor, repeat with 30 reps/secs, then 20/10.

Made it through 20 (JV may have completed), returned to flag.
