Warm up: 5 Burpees OYO, SSH x 10IC, 5 Burpees OYO, TTT x10IC, 5 Burpees OYO, AC x 10ICF, 5 Burpees OYO, AC x 10ICB
Thang: Divide into 4 groups for 4 corners going clockwise, 1st corner 5 Burpees, 2nd 10 Merkins, 3rd 15 LBC’s,4th 20 Squats, Rinse and Repeat 4x. Then 7’s with Burpees on both ends, Mosey to parking lot for more burpees. At the wall, 20 Dips-10 straight legged pickle pointers, then wall sit for the six, 5 Burpees rinse and repeat x4, mosey back towards pad with more Burpees along the way. At the pad, resume with 4 corners x 3 to get to 150 Burpees. Circle up, 5 Burpees OYO, TTT x 10IC, 5 Burpees OYO, Back scratchers x 20IC, and finish with 5 Burpees OYO…..Time

Moleskin: I was stoked when the Anchor showed up! Not only did they bring some PAX, but they were there to get better! The down pour during the 4 corners and 7’s was refreshing physically but also added an obstacle of being focused and mentally tough to keep going. Most thought we were done with Burpees when I announced we were at 150 and it was time to circle up. We finally finished with 165. It was definitely an honor to lead this morning!
