WE TOOK A QUICK MOSEY THROUGH THE BUILDINGS AROUND TO THE SPEED BUMP STREET.

FIRST WE DROPPED AT EVERY THUNDER IN THUNDERSTRUCK, THEN EVERY DOWN IN TUBTHUMPIN, THEN EVERY TIME WE HEARD ROXANNE OR RED LIGHT.

AFTER THAT WE LUNGED AROUND THE SMALL CIRCLE TO OUR START POINT.

THE LOOP AT THE PARK IS CONVENIENTLY A 1/4 MILE. IT IS INCONVENIENTLY POURED CONCRETE WITH SHELLS IN IT. THOUGH THERE WAS NO MENTION OF IT THE PAX PROBABLY WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED GLOVES.

WE DID A FULL LOOP OF BROAD JUMP BURPEES.

IN ADDITION TO HONORING COACH K WITH OUR BURPEE CHALLENGE YHC COMMITTED EACH Q THIS YEAR TO A FALLEN LEO, MILITARY PERSONNEL, FIRE, ETC. TODAY’S WAS A SAD ONE AS SGT BARTLETT WAS A YOUNG SOLDIER IN THE 10TH MOUNTAIN DIVISION WITH ME DURING HIS FIRST TOUR TO IRAQ. HE OBVIOUSLY CONTINUED THAT SELFLESS SERVICE AFTER LEAVING THE ARMY.
