5 pax showed up and got swole at the Sands!
Fester, Pony, and Floss ran 2 miles at 5, then Ready Mix and Monsewer showed up at 5:30 for strength day.
After some stretching we moseyed to the tower with KB’s, Dumbells, Slam Ball, and a sand bag. We did multiple rounds of Swings, Curls, Wall Balls, and rows while 1 pax ran to the top of the tower with the sand bag. After we scared away the shoeless photographer we moseyed back to the pavilion for a burpee AMRAP.
We completed TGT with a 6 min Burpee AMRAP to get in our burpees for Coach K!
