Warmup: ACFx10IC, ACBx10IC, TTTx10IC, Hillbilliesx10IC, IWx10IC – maybe not in that order…
Mosey to the HS parking lot in front of the auditorium to find a board with some writing on it
- 50 Squats, 40 BBSU, 30 Merkins, 20 Jump Lunge, 10 Burpees
- Run loop (loop increases by 1 entrance with each lap)
- Stop at curb end and do 50 Rocky Balboas
- After 4 sets
- Indian run past IRC (Mater needs to know where this is) and back to SF
- No time
2nd F –Wednesday Dockside at 5ish – Schnitzel will buy a round

Schnitzel insulted the Q at the very beginning due to poor Hillbilly form. We will need Spaulding to demonstrate proper form. Brutus found out that Radar pays for his workouts and seems to enjoy them more when doing so. Brutus was actually on time and ready to go. Speaking of Brutus, he was working some interesting moves into his warm up routine… 4-½ minute drive to Spanish Wells business park in case you were wondering (just don’t be in the way). Do not get a colonoscopy the day after a workout – you can ask Goose for more details on that. We ventured far enough away from Schnitzel’s car that he could not grab his yoga matt when needed.
