Moleskine: We started the workout by counting off in 4’s. The idea being group 1 goes to station 1, each PAX does 1 exercise working through their “number” through the 4 stations and then move onto the next number 1,2,3,4. After explaining the workout I felt Squids pain from Saturday, argumentative PAX, questioning the sequence of the workout, the counting, the location. Everyone made it through the complete set and stated into the second. Once all understood the sequence, everyone got down to business and work was done.
