Mosey to Veteran’s Park a different way. Along the way, did 10 merkins, 10 big boys, and 10 squats 3 times.
The Thang: The Ladder
Unlike previous Qs of the Ladder, this time the entire ladder was climbed first and then one exercise was taken away each round. Each Pax grabbed a partner and together they completed these exercises:
- 20 burpees
- 50 BBS
- Short run – Memorial Park track
- 50 dips on wall
- 50 squats
- Long run – from Memorial Amphitheather, go around pond, to street, and return to Park
- 50 merkins
- 50 lunges
Each pair completed exercise 1 – 8, then 1 – 7, then 1 – 6, and so on until they only completed #1. Pax were instructed to split up each exercise and take turns completing the runs.
After the Ladder, all pax moseyed back to the shovel flag.
