5 min warmup

   20 SSH

   5 reverse inch worms  

   10 TTT

   5 reverse inch worms

   15 IW

   5 reverse inch worms

   ACs x 15 Forward

   5 reverse inch worms

   ACs x 15 Backward

   5 reverse inch worms

The Thang:

Mosey to Belk Parking lot.  Along the way, 5 stops:

10/10/10 Merkins, BBS, Squats

15/15/15 Merkins, BBS, Squats

20/20/20 Merkins, BBS, Squats

15/15/15 Merkins, BBS, Squats

10/10/10 Merkins, BBS, Squats

At Belk parking lot, do Hindenburg BLIMPS.  Each circuit has 4 corners of each exercise:

  Circuit 1:  10 Burpees

  Circuit 2:  20 Lunges

  Circuit 3:  30 Imperial walkers

  Circuit 4:  40 Merkins

  Circuit 5:  50 Plank jacks

  Circuit 6:  60 Squats

Mosey back to flag:

Lt Dan for abs:  1 BBS followed by 4 American Hammers

            2 BBS followed by 8 American Hammers

3 BBS followed by 12 American Hammers

4 BBS followed by 16 American Hammers,…….

Etc to 10 BBS followed by 40 American Hammers

Done.

Prayers:  For all Pax running in P200 to have no injuries.  All Pax with pain and for healing. 

Moleskin:  BLIMPS looked awfully good on paper.
