Drawing from the infamous F3 Beatdown Deck of Cards, all Pax select two cards.
READ the card and determine which exercise on the card you want to start at 19 reps and which to start at 2 reps for 21s.
Nest to Neptune, do 19 reps of first card and 2 of the second. Run down King Neptune Dr to the cut over and back to statue for a lap.
Do 17 reps of first card/4 reps of the second. Lap.
Do 15 reps of first card/6 reps of the second. Lap.
Do 13 reps of first card/8 reps of the second. Lap.
Do 11 reps of first card/10 reps of the second. Lap.
Do 9 reps of first card/12 reps of the second. Lap.
Do 7 reps of first card/14 reps of the second. Lap.
Do 5 reps of first card/16 reps of the second. Lap.
Do 3 reps of first card/18 reps of the second. Lap.
