As to be expected, too many PAX at The Buck for everyone to get a coupon, so YHC had to pull a Weinke. Next time YHC will save this workout for the MOB.
Form teams of two and gather a coupon for each team.
The THANG:
Block Ladder- Curls, Overheads, Block Squats; Ladder starts at 5 reps each exercise and climbs up to 20, then back down the ladder. 5->20->5 (I’ll let Urkel do the math.)
Partner 1 starts block ladder, Partner 2 runs parking lot loop.
Plank for six.
Mosey back to the pad.
