The THANG:
DIEGO- (Dora the explorer’s cousin) – Similar to Dora 1, 2, 3 but just tougher… Same partner situation but the exercises are as follows: 100 – Merkins, 150 – Overhead press w/ block, 200 – Block Curls, 300 – Squats w/ Block (OOPS, forgot the round of LBCs); PAX 1 executes as many reps as possible while PAX 2 Crabwalks to the flag and back.
Crabwalks did their job and destroyed the arms, after about two rounds, PAX took over the Q and called an unspoken audible and switched to a sprint from the track to the fence line.
Once done, Pax 1 returned coupon and Pax 2 helped the SIX finish DIEGO.

Lot’s of good mumble chatter this morning; quickly ended once the crabwalks ensued.
Crabwalks are still not a crowd favorite.
Lombardi still hates crabwalks.
Buckeye realized his running regimen is not conducive for coupon exercises.
The pool is open again and Peaches is impressed with its foundation grading.
