THANG: Mosey to middle school covered area, do the following exercises with 50 meter run between each.

  3. SSH
  4. LBC’s
  5. Mountain Climbers
  6. Pickle Pointers
  7. Flutters
  8. Monkey Humpers
  9. Lunges
  10. Murkins
  11. AC’s
  12. Plank (hold for 50 count)….ran back to Flag
