Intro/ Disclaimer/

Warmup: TTTx10IC, ACFx10IX, ACBx10IC, MPx10IC, IWx10IC, Mosey around Krogers stopping at MiniVan’s truck.

  • The Thang: Break into 2 teams, in age order, PAX calls out exercise and each PAX completes 51 reps of said exercise. Team then begins tire flip to opposite side of field, each team has 2 tires.
    • Goose = Big Boys (2x tire flip across field)
    • Schnitzel = LBC
    • Ambien = Merkins
    • MiniVan = Squats
    • Spaulding = SSH
    • Radar = Dry Dock
    • Chumbucket = Calf Raises
    • Nae Nae = Flutters (2-count)
    • Earhardt = TTT
    • Big Al = Groiners
    • Team 1 wins 6-4. Team 1 holds plank Team 2 = 1/2 set motivators
  • MiniVan calls out exercises the rest of the way
    • Alt Shoulder taps (2-count)
      • Team 2 wins. Team 2 holds plank, team 1 = 1/2 set motivators
    • Pickle Pointers
    • Pickle Pounders
  • Line up all 4 tires in a row 1,2,3,4 – Flip tire 1 x2 – move to tire 2, flip 2x – move to tire 3, flip 2x – move to tire 4 flip 2x, back of line – repeat until tires at loaded back in truck.
  • Mosey to SF
  • Stargazers for 20s
  • COR/NOR

  • Praises/ Prayers: Spaghetti’os mom passed away / Schnitzel friend passed away (island resident) Kids taking ACT today, MiniVan’s 51st year
  • Moleskine: The island PAX definitely like to debate counts, exercises and form way more then Bluffton. I consider it a stalling tactic. Spaulding cemented his role has Exercise form instructor. Do not work out next to Schnitzel while he is performing PP’s… Goose passed on the F3 Blazer to MiniVan (I am humbled)
  • After 5 Q’s at 4 different AO’s it feels good to be completed, it was fun, challenging and rewarding. Go to different AO’s, Q at different AO’s and enjoy F3.
