- The Thang: The Brig Challenge (Virtual workout during quarantine)
- 10 x 2-count windsheild wipers – Run the loop, either pull tire 10′ or flip tire 2x
- 20 x V-ups – Run / tire
- 30 x Groiners – Run / tire
- 40 x Bigs Boys – Run / tire
- 50 x Merkins – Run / tire
- 60 x LBC – Run / tire
- 70 x 2-count mountain climbers – Run / tire
- 80 x Squats – Run / tire
- 90 x 2-count flutters – Run / tire
- 100 x Burpees – Run / tire
- Mosey back to virtual shovel flag.

- Moleskine: The MOB understands 2-count better than the Island AO’s also. I’m beginning to see a pattern here. Peaches only planned on doing 70 burpees but got to 100. Usually do this workout starting with 100 burpees and working down, this way is much better…Push yourself to go to other local AO’s, push yourself to Q at other AO’s, good to get out with your fellow PAX.
