Mosey to stage for The Thang:
Back by popular demand, let’s do Crazy 8s, 51st Birthday Style. 51 reps of everything and we completed a little more than 2 circuits (816 reps!). In a figure 8 around Shelter Cove Park, were the following stations:
- Derkins or dips (Shelter Cove Stage)
- Plank Jacks
- Groiners or Big Boys
- Mt Climbers
- Lunges – 26 steps one way, turn around for 25 more
- ½ Motivator – count down from 5. (not 51 but who’s counting)
After 2 circuits, mosey to Circle:
Run around small field and circle and do 4 burpees per lap for 4 laps (51 total burpees)
51 single count flutters.
