Round 4 – 10 V-ups
Round 5 – 5 Get ups
Circle up at center court
100 Squats on my count
50 Flutter’s in cadence
Line up on the side line with your token’s
10 Lat Raises, 10 Det Raises, 10 Overhead Claps, 10 Seal Claps, 10 Tri Extension
Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Lunge, Hop, Skip, etc to the other side of the court and back
Rinse and repeat
Mosey with your tokens back to the Shovel Flag
