08.04.20 at the Yacht Club

PAX:  10 PAX on deck including one visitor, Spaulding-QIC

Conditions:  80 degrees with high humidity!

Warmup:  We did one, can’t remember the details!

Mosey to the front of the fountain.  Line up on the concrete strip facing Main Street.

10 Merkins every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.  Each PAX had an opportunity to call the count.

Indian Run around Town Centre

Thang: “Bearpee”

Mosey over to the large field and line up.

1 Burpee – 4 Bear Crawls – Mosey to the other side of the field

2 Burpees – 8 Bear Crawls – Mosey to the other side of the field

Rinse and repeat up to:

10 Burpees – 40 Bear Crawls – Mosey

Find a spot on the wall

20 Step-ups, 20 Derkins, 20 Dips

Short mosey around the park.  Rinse and repeat
