- Pray for my 2.1, Chrissy, who was the inspiration for this workout. She has had a rough year, and is working hard to do her best at work and still be ready for moving to Wisconsin for grad school in a week.
- harbaugh! has a coworker who is expecting a son and his M has been in the hospital 3 times in the past month with difficulties.
Moleskin:
- As I was driving to the workout this morning, my 2.1 called me at 4:56. That is always scary to a parent. She has just noticed that my location was on the road and needed someone to talk to. I was happy to share the ride with her and even has the PAX wish her a Happy Birthday as I walked up to the pad.
- The fellowship and encouragement in this group are amazing. I am so blessed every time I get to join them for a workout.
- This workout also helped me check off a Core workout for my Pathfinder Training.
- Ballcock made it to his first Buck workout in 9 days, despite HCing for all of them.
- The AO Q was not impressed with Sister Mary Katherine Gallagher’s abbreviated name, SimKag. He proposed a 10 Burpee penalty every time the abbreviation is used!
