  • Standing 2nd F Lunch on Wednesday, 12pm location TBD

  • Unspoken

  • Breeze while waiting was a terrible teaser, only to return when complete
  • PAX were quiet this morning, lots on the mind
  • I kinda see why we never go left on Bridge
  • Counting is hard, even if you do it for a living
  • QIC was so focused on cadence counting, forgot the order of exercises #Qfail
  • Appreciate Swanson knowing the backroads through Old Town
  • Marathon trainers don’t always appreciate leg day. Neither do non-trainers
  • Cowbell could make a living showing others how to properly do exercises
  • Lombardi is a machine, mad respect
  • Bootcamps remind me we can’t always be in charge, and we can’t always follow. We must do both.
  • Summer is here – DEAL WITH IT!!!
