A long mosey over to the Harbour with various stops along the way

Stop #1 – 50 SSH’s IC and 50 Squats OMC

Stop #2 – 10 Derkins and 10 Dips.  Rinse and repeat for 5 sets

Stop #3 – 25 Vups – up and down three flights of stairs, 25 Mtn Climbers, stairs, 25 Vups, stairs, 25 Mtn Climbers, stairs

Stop #4 – Ring of Fire around King Neptune – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 of Merkins.

Stop #5 – The Pavilion at the Marina – 50 Rocky Balbo’s

-A little rusty, lost track of time over at the Marina…it was 5:55.  Went over 7 minutes
