Mosey around Belk to parking lot on other side for Pyramid of Pain round 1.
Do the following in order:
30 big boys
50 mt climbers
40 reverse lunges
20 plank jacks
When Pax are done with round 1, Mosey to Veteran’s Park for Pyramid of Pain round 2. Do exercises again in order.
When all Pax are done with round 2, Mosey to Pavilion for Pyramid of Pain Round 3. Do exercises in reverse order.
