Mosey to shrimp boat park with the six. About 1/2 mile. Finish mile OYO at pace. (2 laps)
10 pull ups OYO, 20 merkins IC, 30 squats IC. PAX took turns giving count. Rinse and repeat 10X
1 mile run around park (4 loops) at speed, pick up the six.
Indian run to flag stopping at bridge for Dips and Derkins. Indian run to flag.
With about 10 minutes left we did (I think)10 HR Merkin, 10 Carolina dry docks, 20 shoulder taps, 10 merkin, 20 flutters, 10 HR Merkin, 10 Carolina dry docks, 10 merkins.

Story time: shared Dark Helmets experience when stopping on the road to help a stranded motorist. The older woman, her daughter, and granddaughter knew they we safe and would be helped by seeing the F3 sticker on his vehicle. We are a part of that #HIM.
