Conditions:  Warm and humid.  Perfect.

PAX:  Hermanos, Minivan (respect), Bartman (QIC)

  • SSH’s x 15 IC
  • TTT x 15 (low and slow)
  • Each man gets 2 bricks and then mosey 2 laps around parking lot

Thang:  Fartleks…modified

  • Series of .25mi laps with bricks, 5k pace or better.
  • Exercise after each .25mi (with bricks)
  • Merkins x 10 OYO
  • Prone Iron Cross (pinch shoulders together) x 10 OYO
  • Burpees x 10 OYO
  • American Hammers x 10 IC
  • In-n-Outs x 10 IC
  • SSH x 10 IC
  • Squats x 10 OYO
  • Lunges x 10 OYO
  • V-ups x 10 OYO
  • Burpees x 10 OYO


  • Back scratchers x 20 IC (w/bricks)
  • Super Heroes (Superman, Spiderman, Ironman)



  • Sell sponsorships and signs
  • CSAUP, 2/22, 6:30 start time at the Brig


  • Minivan’s son’s wedding this weekend and all for all of the travelers safety
  • Missing PAX and their health
  • Unspoken


  • Palmetto Hall PAX don’t post on Wednesday’s…
  • Hermanos needs a new watch though he is getting good with the conversions necessary to get correct distance and pace.
  • All PAX concurred that Peache’s workout looked brutal.
  • PAX knocked out 3+mi doing speedwork with bricks…T-claps to Minivan for continuing the push post half-marathon.
