Partner up with a bike tube. Resistance run up and down Main Street with 4 stops for an exercise
1st Round – 10 Hand Release Merkins x 4, Back at the fountain 20 Step Ups and 20 Dips
2nd Round – 20 Jump Squats x 4, Back at the fountain 20 Step Ups and 20 Dips
3rd Round – 30 Plank Jacks x 4, Back at the fountain 20 Step Ups and 20 Dips
4th Round – 40 SSH’s x 4, Back at the fountain 20 Step Ups and 20 Dips
Mosey around Town Centre….stretch those legs.
