The Thang: Pearls-on-a-string (PAX follow Q to various locations in Old Town for a mix of pain) Begin wiht mosey to the wall for Balls to the wall x 3 sets of 30-45 sec then 1 set of MT climbers with feet up at 45 degrees IC x 10. Mosey out of the park and to the bridge on bridege street for 50 dips on the curb (OYO), Mosey to bridge and boundary for 10 burpees (OYO), Mosey to water and Boundary for 50 LBC (OYO), Mosey to the dock at the end of calhoun. All PAX start with forward arm circles while exercise is explained. Bear Crawl to the top of the ramp do 20 Merkin OYO and then reverse arm circles while waiting for the 6. Return to the bottom of the ramp for overhead presses then bear crawl to the top for 10 hand release merkins and then more OHP until the 6 is done. Return to the bottom for reverse bear crawl up the ramp and 20 BBSU at the top. Mosey to water and calhoun, jail break to next block, mosey to bridge, jail break to green, mosey to Lawrence. SSH x 10 for the 6. Mosey to the new park and partner up. Partner 1 wheel barrows across park then 5 bropees. Flap Jack and wheel barrow back. Burpee Broad jump across park and recover for the 6. Mosey back to the flag.

Good push by all this morning. New Year, New Goals. Obviously some have the same goals (laziness). Stop lurking in the shadows and challenge yourself. Get out of bed 2 mornings a week and work out with these men. Set a goal of completing a challenge or event this year (1 mile run, 5K, Half Marathon, Mud Run,…10 burpees) Whatever your goal is, work to meet it. Or…Don’t. Stay the same. I’m sure you’re good enough…
